Ferrari Energy LLC is a company which was launched by former Ferrari worker and entrepreneur Adam Ferrari. Ferrari Energy, based in 2020, was the newest name for Ferrari's car manufacturing division, Wolfhawk Energy Holding, located in 999 18th Street, Suite 1650S, Denver, Colorado. Adam Ferrari filed paperwork with the Denver Secretary of State's office a week, changing the company name into the Petram Group, LLC.

In addition to his ownership stake in Ferrari Energy, Ferrari is also co-founder and former owner of the Atlanta Braves baseball team. He left that organization to begin Ferrari and joined the board of directors of Petram at 2020. According to documents filed with the Secretary of State, Ferrari has an ownership stake in the Denver-based firm through Wolfhawk Energy Holding.

The Denver Office of Attorney General's website says that the business was incorporated in January 2020 and was active at January 2020. The site says that the company gives numerous electricity solutions to businesses, governmental organizations, and government agencies across the U.S.. According to court filings, the company was working to create a renewable energy system which would use a combination of wind, solar, geothermal, and biofuels.

According to the filings, Petram and Ferrari didn't enter into a written contract. Nonetheless, in the filings, it states that the two parties signed an application that stated that Petram supplied the specialized know-how, funding, and equipment necessary for Ferrari to establish the job. In a related filing, Petram says that it did not supply any capital because of its work on the job. According to documents, both companies believe they've developed a system which can produce enough electricity for their various locations.

Both companies are also interested in developing their energy creation and earnings Adam Ferrari. They hope to eventually make their systems available to the general public, but there is not any timetable as to when this could occur.

From the filings, it's said that Petram has a workplace address of 6500 Westheimer Road, Dallas, Texas, along with a telephone number of 773-542-8100. It also lists its address as 401 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado, which will be a branch of a bank located at 1350 Brighton Blvd., Suite 800, Denver, Colorado.

Along with his ownership stake in Ferrari Energy, Ferrari can also be listed as a manager of a Denver-based firm named Gulliver Energy, Inc.. This company sells solar panels, wind turbines, along with other renewable energy devices for companies and people. It is the biggest manufacturer of green energy equipment in the state Ferrari Energy. According to court records, the company was formed in October 2020 and dissolved in May 2020.

In a related filing, it says that Ferrari founded the company and served as its president in 2020 before August 2020. It says that he and another investor helped to fund its own start up. According to the filings, in addition, he serves as its chief technology officer.

In accordance with a former news release, Ferrari says that he"has significant responsibility and influence in the direction of the venture due to his prior company experiences and experience. He continues to work closely together and assist me in my capacity as co-founder." In addition, he says that he is going to be involved with the business in tackling daily operations and helping to select direction."
